today's jac's 20th birthday... HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAC!!!!!!!!!!
then michelle came over at about 11 to put the cake into the box.. we baked a cake on monday and left it in the fridge to freeze till today...then around 11.40am, my dad sent us all (we three were all wearing our 'little miss tees') down to orchard to meet our star of the day - jacintha joy ng aka jacjac... we got off at hyatt due to some jam then we went into the hotel... then we were calling jac asking where she was (michelle tried a few times but failed, i tried once then manage to get jac to the phone)... guess where she was... *drum roll drum roll* if you said she was at home you were right... she just got out of bed to be exact!!! our meeting time was 12noon, the three of us were already late but jac was later!!! ok since she was the star we decided to be nice to her... we walked to mariott for cushioned chairs... we sat there for a while but decided to buy some cakes in the end as we felt bad sitting there and not buying anything as we were sitting at the lobby lounge... so off we went to buy 3 slices of cakes... denise got a mango lime, michelle had a cherry michelle and the both of them got me a strawberry cheseecake =) all of it were yummy... then we ate till all of us just nice had a little bit we left it for jac... we joined all 3 pieces together, then we "formed" a cake that had a merry christmas stick sticking out of it... lol... when jac was arriving, denise and i went out to wait for her while michelle sat inside waiting... a really nice waitress came to clear the empty plates and wanted to clear our forks, michelle told her not to as we were expecting another friend... she cleared the dishes and asked me if i wanted another fork... so courteous and thoughtful of her... you won't get such treatment at places like maccafe, starbucks and coffeebean... but for the little bit of money we paid at mariott - prices of the cakes are similar to what we did pay at maccafe, starbucks and coffeebean but yet, the treatment received was totally different... when jac arrived, we told her that the 3 slices of leftover cakes were her birthday cake... then we told her we were really hungry waiting for her we decided to eat first... she looked SO touched... after that we sang her her birthday song...
then michelle told her that we needed to change cause my clothes was dirty and michelle felt a little uncomfortable in hers... then we ran behind to the lift lobby to take out jac's cake and light up the candles... then we took the cake out to jac... jac didn't see us until a while later as she was talking to denise who was helping us distract jac... when jac saw us she was pleasantly surprised... lol... we made her blow make a wish and blow out the 2 candles... but well oh well... it's jac's 20th birthday, would we be nice to her? of course not! we had actually lighted up relighting candles - from stanley... lol... her own boyfriend make fun of her... she blow so many times also cannot get it to be permanently extinguished... all it took was one blow from ME and it was out! lol... then we made jac eat a little of it - actually she cut a bit of it only 'cos she say she don't wanna cut up the words we wrote on the cake.. end up she ate 4 kinds of cakes... haha... then michelle took out our present for jac - all wrapped up nicely le and made her guess what we gave her... she couldn't and we couldn't take it... we told her to open it... she found a toilet bowl in there... then we re-enacted the scene of the reason why we bought the toilet bowl handphone holder for her... then told her the multi-usefulness of the toilet bowl... then we video called eileen as she called jac to show her jac's cake... haha... after that we left mariott to head down to plaza sing (again) to catch a movie and eat japanese food
on 124 on the way to plaza sing, jac was asking us to help guess what did stanley get for her.. she asked him if he was cooking and he said no... so she asked for help... as the clue he gave her was something practical... then suddenly michelle just blurted out toilet roll (guess must be the toilet bowl we gave her)... she looked at michelle as though she was some alien... then she explained... toilet roll is practical and can be used daily... then we messaged stanley and asked if he bought her toilet rolls... then michelle secretly messaged stanley to tell him to play along with our toilet roll story... after that michelle asked her what do you really want for your birthday, she said:" i want someone to clean up my room... then denise suddenly said, stanley in a tutu cleaning up jac's house!!! hahaha... then as we were walking to the cathay, stanley replied to jac's phone that we guessed it correctly he got her toilet rolls but he didn't state it out clearly... so we called him... he said ya he bought jac toilet rolls... then i asked him how many rolls he bought, he replied: "enough to last her till she's old" (super sweet lor... he wanna spend the rest of his life with her...) by then denise and michelle were far away from jac and me... michelle asked stanley softly how's his tempura coming along... he reply he just bought all the ingredients... then he scolded michelle say out his secret le... michelle answer: "she so far... cannot hear me lah... i asked so softly..." then she said loudly:"stanley ho you look down on my intelligence ah!!" then he reply sorry sorry i don't know lah... then after that we hung up as stanley had to go prepare the tempura...
then when we reached the cathay, we realised that alvin and the chipmunks the tickets ALL SOLD OUT!!!!! then we walked back to plaza sing in the meanwhile talking about palm sizes... then we went to the AXS machine only to find out that even gv the tickets for the 2 plus show was ALL SOLD OUT!!! we desperately wanted the 2 plus 3 show so that by dinner time stanley could have jac... so we click here and there then we found the one at tiong bahru still had seats so michelle booked the seats then we headed over to tiong bahru to watch alvin and the chipmunks... she bought nachos and had bubble tea then she invented a new way of eating salty popcorns... dunk it into nacho cheese... yummy! jac cried during the show as she was super touched by the show... then we went to sakae sushi to eat... we super budget eat only 12 plates!!! super budget lor 'cos after movie we all quite broked le... then after settling the bill, we started folding jac's dollar notes up as she didn't want to spend so much... so we made jac use a menu to cover her face while michelle folded her dollar notes into hearts... then i wanted to learn so ended up folding all of jac's dollar notes into heart shapes... lol... then we walked around tiong bahru plaza... all the while, michelle was sms-ing stanley to keep him posted on our location... then she used jac's phone to call stanley and she acted as though she was chatting with dennis... then stanley told me to bring jac to city hall.. then michelle bought over my MORE THAN WORDS 5 bucks voucher as it was expiring soon then she bought jac a lollipop keychain and stanley a spongebob handphone keychain... then she convinced all of us to go to city hall with her as she didn't wanna go alone to meet dennis... jac didn't agree at first but then later agreed after she told her that she spent whole day with her and birthday girl cannot be left alone... then when we left more than words, michelle asked jac for her phone claiming that she wanna see the damage she did to the phone... then she started saying the silicon casing... then suddenly it dawned upon jac that she was giving her the lollipop keychain... then after that michelle told jac that she borrowed her phone to call dennis 'cos my phone no more talktime... then we went to get bubble tea... then michelle act big mouth go tell jac that she cannot go home 'cos stanley cleaning up her house for her... then she sms him to ask him if he really cleaning up her house for her... he replied:"haha haha wow..." (sounded so sarcastic) then michelle was going :"jac you cannot go home stanley cleaning up your house for you..." then she whacked her own mouth to indicate that it was a slip of the tongue... jac actually believed me LOL!!!! then michelle was like going on and on and on about stanley cleaning jac's house... then jac was saying "oh my goodness, michelle let's secrets out when she's excited"... then denise was training jac to act surprised when she sees her house... then walked around at body shop.. then we went on board the mrt and started chatting with no end...
then when we reached city hall we went into xcessorise as they were having a sale... we went in and saw a bag that suited elaine pretty nicely... but the bag was spoilt! bleah and it was the last one double bleah! then stanley called michelle's phone to find out where we were and where he could withdraw money... then somehow he appeared next to jac without us realising!!! then we saw him we wanted to bish him up le 'cos he supposed to call michelle to cue us to get lost le but he didnt!!! lol... we don't care le we left after jac gave us all a hug... and throwing the cake we made for jac at stanley for stanley to carry... lol...
then we walked around at first heading to the toilet but we saw the queue we came out then went to aldo to see what we could get for miss glam but nothing suitable caught our eyes... then we walked pass a pushcart which sold jewellery rack which attracted michelle's and mine attention and we walked over then we got captivated by the jewellery there... then we were just browsing around and a particular bracelet caught our attention as it just sat there and seem to be screaming out to us to get it for miss glam's birthday... then we decided to wait as denise had gone to the toilet to get denise's approval on getting the bracelet and denise agreed... michelle went to withdraw money as they did not accept nets... then we called stanley to see if he was still in raffles city only to realise he is no longer at raffles city then we called elaine to see when we could pass it to her... just nice she was in suntec... so we bought the bracelet then headed down to suntec to find her... when we found her with her friend we passed her the present and told her what happened today... and after all that we felt really bad as we hogged elaine and did not include her friend in our chat... :x
